your content solely for operating and improving the App.
We do not sell your User Content or share it with third parties for advertising.
You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or rights of others.
5. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid features or subscriptions within the App may be processed using third-party service providersor the app store’s billing system.
You agree that:
- All purchase information is accurate
- Third-party service provider or the App Store provider handles the payment securely
- Ingiti LLC does not store your credit or debit card details
- All purchases are non-refundable unless required by law
If using Apple or Google billing, refunds follow their policies, not ours.
6. AI-Generated Content
This App uses AI technology to provide interactive features.
You understand and agree that:
- AI responses may not always be accurate
- AI output should not be considered professional financial, legal, medical, or investment advice
- You must review and verify any advice before acting on it
We are not liable for any actions you take based on AI-generated content.
7. Privacy
Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

8. Data Storage & Security

At this time, data deletion is not available, and stored data cannot be removed upon account closure.

All App content—including text, graphics, design, UI, videos, images, trademarks, and logos—is owned by Ingiti LLC or licensed to us.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reproduce App content without permission.
11. Third-Party Services
The App integrates with third-party service providers to process payments, support AI-powered features, and provide essential app functionality. These providers only use your data to perform services on our behalf.
Use of these services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for their actions or performance.
12. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Accurate, complete, or reliable information
- That issues will always be corrected
Your use is at your own risk.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ingiti LLC is not liable for:
- Losses resulting from reliance on App content or AI responses
- Financial loss, data loss, or business interruption
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
Our maximum liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App in the last 12 months.
If you use the App for free, our liability is zero.
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Ingiti LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your User Content
- Your violation of these Terms
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update or modify these Terms at any time.
The “Last Updated” date will be revised accordingly.
Your continued use of the App means you accept the revised Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes must be resolved in courts located in Ohio, USA.
